Amanda Shearman - The Alexander Technique
Amanda teaches the Alexander Technique at the Glasgow Treatment Rooms, recently qualified as a teacher, Amanda has been practising the Alexander Technique since music college. When not teaching the Alexander Technique, Amanda plays cello for the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.

Hester Laughlin - Physiotherapist

For over thirty years, Joel has worked with hundreds of professional athletes, dancers, and performing artists from around the world.
