Hester Laughlin - Physiotherapist
Hester is an excellent Physio with a Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy and a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, she also has qualifications in Muscle Energy Techniques, Acupuncture, Intramuscular Stimulation, Myofascial Release, Functional Fascial Taping and Craniosacral Therapy among others. She has a great deal of experience in dealing with a wide variety of injuries from those incurred by the office-working weekend runner, to the elite athlete. Art Riggs Advanced Rolfer CMT - Rolfing, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release
