Integrated massage combines all the best techniques from deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, Swedish and hot / cold stones massage with trigger point therapy, Myofascial release techniques, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, and stretching taken from Thai massage and AIStretching, all in one unique and highly effective massage treatment. Each session is tailored to the needs of your body that day and focuses on easing any aches or pains you might be feeling, loosening off tensions, increasing your range of motion and improving your flexibility, providing a deep sense of relaxation and assisting your body to heal and restore itself.
Integrated massage is really good at easing the stresses and tensions of modern living, helpful if you're suffering from work related back, neck and shoulder pain, frequent headaches, lower back aches or stiffness, sciatica or hip pain, in fact all muscle tensions and many nerve impingement, neuromuscular and fascial problems.
